利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Torevo 運営者（以下「運営者」）が提供するアプリ「Torevo」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

1. 適用

本規約は、本アプリを利用するすべての方（以下「利用者」）に適用されます。利用者は、本アプリを利用した時点で本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 提供内容

本アプリは、トレーニング・体組成・食事の記録と、それらに基づく目安の表示を提供します。運営者は、利用者に通知することなく本アプリの内容を変更することがあります。

3. 利用条件

本アプリは 13 歳以上の方が利用できます。未成年の方は保護者の同意を得たうえで利用してください。

本アプリは利用者自身の責任で利用するものとします。トレーニングや食事の内容は、利用者自身の体調や状況に照らして判断してください。

4. アカウント

別の端末への記録の引き継ぎなどのために、任意でメールアドレスを登録できます。アカウントの認証情報は利用者自身が管理し、第三者に譲渡・貸与しないでください。認証情報の管理不十分により生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

5. 禁止事項

利用者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 運営者または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
• 本アプリのサーバーやネットワークに不正にアクセスし、または過度な負荷をかける行為
• 本アプリを逆コンパイル・逆アセンブル・リバースエンジニアリングする行為
• 食事の推定や目標の解釈といった AI 機能に、その目的と無関係な内容を送信する行為
• その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

6. AI による推定

食事の栄養推定や目標の解釈は、AI による目安です。医学・栄養・健康に関する助言ではなく、正確性・完全性を保証するものではありません。健康上の判断が必要なときは、医師や管理栄養士などの専門家に相談してください。

7. 有料機能・招待

本アプリの一部機能は、有料または運営者からの招待によって利用できる場合があります。その条件・内容は運営者が定め、変更または終了することがあります。

8. 知的財産

本アプリおよび本アプリに収録されたデータに関する権利は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。ジムデータの出典表示は、設定の「ジムデータ提供元」に記載のとおりです。

9. 免責

本アプリは現状有姿で提供されます。運営者は、本アプリの利用によって生じた損害（トレーニング中の怪我、記録の消失、推定の誤りに基づく判断など）について、運営者の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。

10. サービスの変更・停止

運営者は、事前に通知することなく、本アプリの全部または一部を変更・中断・終了することがあります。

11. 規約の変更

運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内に掲示した時点で効力を生じます。重要な変更は本アプリ内でお知らせします。

12. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、運営者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

13. お問い合わせ

本規約に関するお問い合わせは、設定の「お問い合わせ・不具合の報告」からお送りください。

設定に「お問い合わせ・不具合の報告」が表示されない構成の本アプリをお使いの場合は、本アプリを入手した配布元（ストアのページなど）に記載の連絡先へお送りください。

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the Torevo app (the "App") provided by the Torevo operator (the "Operator").

1. Scope

The Terms apply to everyone who uses the App (a "User"). By using the App you agree to the Terms.

2. What the App provides

The App lets you log workouts, body measurements, and meals, and shows estimates based on those logs. The Operator may change what the App provides without notice.

3. Conditions of use

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are a minor, use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You use the App at your own responsibility. Decide on training and meals in light of your own condition and circumstances.

4. Accounts

You may optionally register an email address, for example to carry your logs over to another device. Keep your credentials to yourself and do not transfer or lend them to anyone. The Operator is not liable for damage caused by poorly managed credentials.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• break the law or offend public order and morals;
• infringe the rights of the Operator or any third party;
• access the App's servers or network without authorisation, or place an excessive load on them;
• decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the App;
• send content unrelated to their purpose to the AI features, such as meal estimation or goal interpretation;
• do anything else the Operator deems inappropriate.

6. AI estimates

Meal nutrition estimates and goal interpretation are produced by AI and are estimates only. They are not medical, nutritional, or health advice, and their accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed. Consult a doctor, registered dietitian, or other professional for health decisions.

7. Paid features and invitations

Some features may be available for a fee or by invitation from the Operator. The Operator sets the conditions and content of those features and may change or end them.

8. Intellectual property

Rights in the App and the data it ships with belong to the Operator or their rightful owners. Attribution for gym data is given under "Gym data source" in Settings.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is. Except where caused by the Operator's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for damage arising from use of the App, including injury during training, loss of logs, or decisions based on inaccurate estimates.

10. Changes to and suspension of the service

The Operator may change, suspend, or end all or part of the App without prior notice.

11. Changes to the Terms

The Operator may revise the Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted in the App. Significant changes will be announced in the App.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

The Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning the App is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the district court having jurisdiction over the Operator's place of residence.

13. Contact

Send questions about the Terms through "Contact us / report a bug" in Settings.

If "Contact us / report a bug" does not appear in Settings in your configuration of the App, direct inquiries to the contact listed where you obtained the App (such as its store page).
