アカウントの削除

Torevo（運営: Torevo 運営者）のアカウントと、サーバーに保存しているデータを削除する方法です。

アプリから削除する

• Torevo を開き、設定の「アカウント」から「アカウントを削除」を選びます。
• 内容を確認して「アカウントを削除」を押すと、すぐに削除されます。ログインし直しを求められることがあります。
• 残したい記録は、先に設定の「データを書き出す」で取り出してください。

削除されるデータ

• サーバー上のアカウント
• 同期した記録と設定（トレーニング・体組成・食事の記録、目標など）
• 友達フィードの投稿・写真・プロフィール、共有リンク、AI アシスタントとの接続、送信したフィードバック
• アプリから削除した場合は、その端末内の記録も消去します

残るデータ

• 体型の記録の写真は端末内にだけあるため、アプリ内の体型の記録の画面から削除するか、アプリを削除してください。
• AI 機能の利用回数の記録（使った量と時刻だけで、送った内容は含みません）は、利用上限の集計期間が過ぎたあと自動で削除します。
• 有料プランの購入の記録は App Store または Google Play に残ります。サブスクはアカウントを削除しても止まらないため、各ストアの定期購入の設定から解約してください。

アプリを使えない場合

アカウントに登録したメールアドレスから support@torevo.net へ、件名を「アカウント削除」としてメールをお送りください。登録されたメールアドレスからの依頼であることを確認したうえで、30日以内に削除し、完了をお知らせします。

メールアドレスも Google・Apple でのログインも登録していない匿名のアカウントは、本人であることを確認できないため、メールでは削除できません。アプリから削除してください。アプリを削除した場合など、匿名のアカウントが最後に使われてから1年たつと、サーバー上のアカウントとデータを自動で削除します（有料プランの期間中を除きます。つないだ AI アシスタントが記録を読むことも、使ったことに含めます）。

How to delete your Torevo account (operated by the Torevo operator) and the data stored with it on the server.

Delete it in the app

• Open Torevo and choose "Delete account" under "Account" in Settings.
• Review what is deleted and tap "Delete account". The account is deleted right away. You may be asked to sign in again first.
• To keep your logs, take a copy first with "Export my data" in Settings.

What is deleted

• Your account on the server
• Synced logs and settings (workout, body, and meal logs, goals, and the like)
• Friends feed posts, photos, and profile, share links, AI assistant connections, and feedback you sent
• When you delete from the app, the logs on that device are erased too

What is kept

• Body-progress photos are only on your device; delete them from the body-progress screen, or delete the app.
• Records of how often you used the AI features (how much and when only, never what you sent) are deleted automatically once the period they count toward has passed.
• Records of a paid plan purchase stay with the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store's subscription settings.

If you cannot use the app

Email support@torevo.net from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion". After confirming the request came from that address, we delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it is done.

An anonymous account, one with no email address and no Google or Apple sign-in registered, cannot be verified as yours, so it cannot be deleted by email; delete it from the app. If you have deleted the app or no longer use it, an anonymous account is deleted from the server, with its data, automatically one year after it was last used (except while a paid plan is active; a connected AI assistant reading the records counts as use).
